The Marsa Siclà Residence overlooks the beautiful beaches of Sampieri, a small fishermen village with a romantic seashore near Scicli, the prestigious UNESCO title of “human heritage” site. Sampieri is also the set of the famous "Montelusa" Police Station from the fiction Tv "Commissario Montalbano".
The area on which stands the residence is located about 60 meters above sea level; a small private street, behind the provincial Pozzallo - Sampieri street, access to Marsa Siclà where you can enjoy a spectacular view and relaxing holidays.
In the Club house designed as an ancient "Masseria" there are: a pizzeria/restaurant, a snck-bar connected with the large pool area, solarium, the residence reception with the excursion service and a small bazaar, a living-room, a card-playing room, a mini-market and a music area in the central patio.
Inside the residence there are sports facilities, swimming pool and solarium and a Club House. In the big swimming-pool there are 2 Olympian measure alleys (50m), areas for relaxing, for fun and for our young guests.
In addition to the beach sport activities, the sports facilities include a football-tennis court in synthetic grass, a tennis - volleyball court, two bowl court and a children's play area.
Our younger guests can play and meet each other in a dedicated place dedicated under the guidance of our animators.
The small patio located between the bar and the pool is the natural stage of wonderful evening at the Residence. In the evening after dinner you can enjoy a drink and listen good live music.
At the mini market "Bassa Marea", you will find various departments: vegetables and fresh fruit every day, delicatessen and cheeses, gastronomy, household and personal hygiene products, souvenirs, toys, wine and traditional products and fresh bread every day.
The area surrounding the residence expresses the maximum charm in Baroque of the Val di Noto where Scicli and Modica are the main actors. The famous "Sicilian Baroque" that decorates all its architectural buildings, fruit of ancient masteries, gives intense and stunning sensations to the visitor . These places full of art and culture are also famous for traditional food products such as the "caciocavallo", the Nero d'Avola wine, the chocolate of Modica, the "fava Cottoia"; supported by "Slow Food".
